Triathlon: 51.5 km

After an intense month, I decided to write the first review of the season. Perhaps until 4 weeks have passed since I started the season, half IM and 2 Olympics, I'm not self confident that after a year of break I can say that I have recovered from injury and I've found the right path training and rhythm.

Yesterday I finished the triathlon in Ferrol with the satisfaction of having done the best I can each of the sectors. Each triathlon is different, and every day you face the evidence differently. For starters, every time the test is in the afternoon or Wednesday at 3:00 p.m., never if I am right in addressing the previous meal. On Saturday I was on fruit all morning, not eat another bite, and at least I was not saturated with the feeling of having a full stomach. Maybe I had the feeling that I needed something more, but the experiment went wrong.

In other respects, all as expected:

* Swimming: decided to go strong at first, and managed to reach the first mark of 750 m with good feelings. I was around longer, and lost time compared to the first leg. Total 32 min.

* Cycling: Tour spectacular 100% Galicia. The track was demanding Ferrol output with up and down steep slopes, and climb a small harbor lay, until km 11. To turn and steep descent off the road and into the woods on a paved road Galician width of a car, with up-low, until you reach the "wall" of travel, 20% 500m, hard-nosed. From there down to the death to the beaches to start again with new slides and small harbor, to lose all that gives the bike to Ferrol.

good feeling, but until the 2 nd half of the route was started to overtake people. Authentic roller coaster turns 90 degrees to up and down steep slopes of 50 meters. I like these tracks. 1h 28min Total (27km / h)

* Career: After go flat in the previous segments, I had no career to suffer in the hardness of the bike. Circuit 4 laps with 2 steep slopes of remind you you're doing a triathlon and this is not clover. First
back to the rhythm of 5.15 km, watching people on all sides, second and third round with some dip, and final round and found myself well ahead of 4 or 5. Again gotten past that in the last km, which makes me end with good feelings.

Conclusions: if classified
-51 in my group, I get the number 51 is perfect and best possible (if we had participated Manu busy, jjj);
-I like mostly hard triathlon bike,
"I have tried the same in all 3 segments;
-and I think I'm recovered.
